Perhaps this window-inscription began as a simple, innocuous "Hello"... before morphing into that commonest of (my own) nocturnal bus-rider supplications:"Help!"
I think that supplication is fairly universal. I have a hunch our own Outer Circle is the generating motor.
I hate the impossibility to switch between heating and cooling in the buses ....that drawing is an escape may be...
Summer on the buses here can be unbearable.
